this simple and refreshing snack involves cutting a papaya in half length-wise and filling with your favorite toppings. I like homemade or store-bought tangy coconut yogurt, fresh strawberries, shredded coconut, hemp hearts, a drizzle of raw local honey and most importantly (don’t skip this!) freshly squeezed lime juice!
