secret green-packed guacamole
guacamole, although highly praised by those with taste buds, has received an entirely unfair reputation of a "side dish", "accompaniment", "dip".
it's time to turn the table on the "just a couple of bites of guac for me"-ers. this guacamole is nutritious, delicious, and full of healthy fats and essential minerals and nutrients to get your body right.
pair this healing avocado masterpiece with oil-free potato fries (my fave), gluten free tortilla chips (I like these), raw veggies and crudité, or in a salad for creamy goodness in place of a traditional dressing. eat it out of the bowl for all I care- you're a grown up.
